These bands are made with Premium Grade material and built to last. They are 41" Loop Bands made of 100% Pure Latex material, all 3/8" thick. The resistance and assistance provided varies with the width of the band, as outlined in the chart below:

The Black Band is a medium weight band used primarily for stretching and other physical therapy applications, satisfying the needs of most people of varying conditioning levels in the 100 to 250 lb weight range.
